Question: Although Charlie (4C) has been in business for only a short time, he is thinking about opening a second restaurant similar to his current operation-a relatively medium-priced operation catering to the local neighborhood's family and small business trade. Assume that he has asked you to do some preliminary work on a feasibility study for this second restaurant.

Select a specific geographic location in your town with which you are familiar and which you think would be suitable for this new operation. Prepare a two- or three-page report for Charlie describing this location (include a map if you think it will help), explaining why that location might be suitable and briefly discussing the economic and demographic factors (about which you would eventually need more detailed information) that would support the need for a restaurant in this location.
