Case Study

Samantha went to ski club with the school and had an accident resulting in a head injury.  She has returned to school but seems to be having trouble with her short-term memory.  Samantha seems to be asking the same questions repeatedly.  This is also negatively impacting her testing abilities.  She is also having difficulty recalling the names of classmates, faculty, and staff.  This is consistent with what her parents are seeing at home.

Brief Introduction of the Scenario
