You work for Starbucks in the Public Relations office as a PR Specialist. Your current assignment is to write press releases covering continuing efforts to improve customer service.
Briefly described what Starbucks found out about its' service and what steps it took to make the customer service experience better for their customers. Back in 1982, Howard Schultz had a vision to make a coffee enterprise. Recently, Christine Day, came up with a plan to invest in their corporate stores to increase customer satisfaction.
Compose a press release that announces a $40 million investment by Starbucks in their own stores to improve customer service. Tell the audience exactly what they need to know quickly and clearly. Also, determine which details are necessary to include, and which can be left out. Only has to be one-page.
Be as specific as possible and give details as appropriate; a vague, undeveloped discussion will affect your grade significantly
