Part 1
1. Read McLachlan (2010) pp. 281-286. This reading gives an overview of the differences between an ethical or locus of control issue, an ethical decision and an ethical dilemma. It also introduces the first method for making ethical decisions, creating a personal moral compass. Think about what your own personal moral compass would look like as you are reading.
2. Read the Eight Case Scenarios on pp. 297-300 and choose one. All the scenarios are written with the assumption that the decision-maker in the scenario is a college or university student.
Part 2Address the following topic with one paragraph of your own opinion on the matter based on your knowledge from course material, coupled with personal experience. Additionally, comment on at least one other person's post.
A. Are leaders born or made? Consider each perspective (leaders are born versus made) and the implications of each for organizations.
