2. In at least 3 sentences, describe how the author(s) went about conducting their research. Who makes up the sample (e.g., individuals, cities, etc.)? What was the sample size (e.g., people, cases, etc.)? What type of research did the author(s) conduct (e.g., interviews, surveys, analysis of existing case records, program evaluation, etc.)?

3. In at least 5 sentences, summarize the main findings of the study.

4. In at least 3 sentences, describe what the findings mean for policy. For example, do the findings suggest that existing laws or policies should be changed, and how, or what action should agencies or organizations take to improve or alleviate the problem?
