Suppose that you are the Human Resources (HR) Manager of a small business with approximately 30 employees. Your task is to write the job description and job specification for a position in your company. Based on that, you will develop a recruitment and selection plan for that position. You will have to make sure your recruitment and selection plan is aligned with the mission, vision, core values, and business strategy of your company.
4 Choose a job position that is important to the success of your business.
For example, modelling manager position in a modelling agency, or game designer position in a game designing company.
5. Inform the instructor of your business and job position to get their approval.
6.  make a the mission statement, vision statement, and core values of your company.
7. Briefly describe the business strategy of your company (or how your company competes successfully in the industry).
8. Make a  job description and job specification for the position chosen in Step 4.
It should include Job Title, Job Summary, Job Description, and Job Specification.
9. Develop a recruitment plan to hire people for that particular position at your company.
