The Johnson County Library (JoCo Library) is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. Access the library's website (https://www.jocolibrary.org/ ) and study the organization's mission, goals, stakeholders, challenges, and accomplishments by reviewing annual reports, strategic plans, news articles, administrative policies, and program descriptions. In a paper of at least 6 - 8 pages (excluding title and references pages), briefly describe the library, its goals, its recent accomplishments, and the challenges it currently faces. Identify why the JoCo library exists and how it creates value for its stakeholders. Provide examples of how the library balances the needs of different stakeholder groups.
