From your own professional experience or current events, briefly describe an organizational change In your description, explain why the change fits the particular category. You will have four examples:

Tuning: Refers to the incremental changes that anticipate future developments.

Adaptation: is like tuning, is incremental change but it is made in response to past events.

Reorientation This is the type of strategic change that involves fundamental realignment of the organization but has made in anticipation of future trends.

Recreation This is the type of strategic change is brought about by external changes,often very serious that threaten the well being of the firm.
