Applying the social listening tools to conduct social monitoring and listening process for WIL client's business or another business (the language in their channels is English): employ free online keyword/ hashtag tracking tools such as Google Trends, Social Bakers, Brand Mentions, Social Searcher, Keyhole, Hashtagify, etc; Observe the brands' social networks that support hashtags like Twitter, IG, FB, YouTube, Linked In, Pinterest, etc. Manually search social networks using hashtags featuring the brand name, taglines, product attributes, campaign title, etc. and report the below findings with the evidence:
Analyse the client briefing document and ahamove business social media profiles to identify the specific current social media goals of the ahamove.
Social media audit: analyse social media presence and identify the current organizational marketing performance of ahamove.
Competitor analysis: identify 1 direct/main competitor and conduct the comparison
Audience analysis: analyse target customer characteristics and identify any gaps between what the client is offering and the wants and needs, and attitudes of the target audience.
