Develop a high level System Engineering Plan (SEP). Need Use cases, component diagrams, Sequence diagrams , Gannt charts, and an excel document for System Requirements
Systems Engineering Project
Discuss your proposed project, and provide a brief synopsis of your systems cost estimation and WBS approach as well as how you might relate these system development elements to your system's knowledge areas, stakeholders, and resource needs that you identified in Module 1.4
Discuss your proposed system architecture and functional analysis approach. Why did you select this specific approach?
Provide a graphical representation of your system's overall architectural framework as well as a separate functional description and/or analysis of your system. This may be done via a Functional Block Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, Sequence Diagram, or other appropriate graphical presentation for your chosen system.
Demonstrate traceability of the system requirements that you identified in Module 3 with the functional description of your system. This may be performed via a graphical traceability analysis, summary table, or appropriate method of your choice.
Proposal
Description of how the project is systems engineering related
Project journal of 4 key events, covering the concept phase of the project which:
Identifies when the events will occur
Identifies how the events will be performed and who will be involved
Briefly identifies why the events are needed and will be performed
Systems Engineering Management Plan, containing as a minimum:
Project statement of Work (1-2 pages)
Describe Work breakdown structure (up to 2 pages). Use indented or graphic format. Show the major elements of the project up to the lowest level of activity package and activities.
Summary of Technical Specifications (up to 1 page)
Engineering Specialties Identification and Integration Plan
