Write a six to seven (6-7) page paper in which you:

1. List and describe the four general project management process phases and provide a brief summation of how the HR and IT departments work together to establish the HRIS.

2. Identify and discuss three (3) project management approaches/tools that can help manage the HRIS project. Which of the 3 tools would be the simplest to use? Does the simplest tool make it the best tool to use? Explain.

3. Create a 3-column, 4-row table listing the project management tools, describing how they are used, and providing at least 2 qualities for each. Name at least 3 means by which tighter control over the HRIS project may be attained.

4. Propose six (6) organizational and management requirements necessary in the successful completion of the HRIS. Select any two (2) of the six you feel are very important and explain your rationale.

5. Suggest at least four (4) critical success factors in HRIS development and implementation and explain why you feel each is important to overall project success.

6. Use at least four (4) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.
