Assessment Description - Self-Awareness is the key to becoming a great leader and manager

Each student is required to conduct the following personality self-assessment activities from the self assessment library:

Myers Briggs Profile
Costa & McCrae Big 5 Personality Traits
McClelland Needs Analysis
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

And then, document a "Critical Analysis" of their findings of their personality self-assessment activities.

The critical analysis requires you to:

Present a brief review of your personal self-assessment findings.
Present a detailed critical analysis of the findings. A detailed critical analysis includes the use of 3^rd party evidence and references to explain and support the meaning of your findings.
Reflect on your critical analysis, discuss what this means for you as a future leader or manager.
Outline an action plan based on these findings to develop your leadership skills for the future.

The individual report must include:

Executive Summary.
Table of contents.
Introduction (only one introduction is required for the report). (100 words)
Brief Review of your findings. (400 words)
Critical analysis of the four topics including a reflection on your future leadership skills. (600 words/150 per assessment)
One Action Plan using SMART processes based on perceived weaknesses. (300 words)
Conclusion (only one conclusion is required for the report). (100 words)

You must use a minimum of 10 references.
