4. The underpinnings of strategic management hinge on managers gaining an understanding of competitors, markets, prices, suppliers, distributors, governments, creditors, shareholders, and customers and culture worldwide. Analyse the manner in which the strategies of the company’s business leaders have adapted to any of the above aspects in order to facilitate effective operations within global markets.
5. Assume that strategic evaluation of the organization reveals that the organization is in need of organizational change and must alter existing strategies. Recommend any one appropriate (intensive, integration, diversification or defensive)new business strategy for the company that may improve competitive advantage for the organization. Provide a detailed rationale for this strategy.
6. Discuss the initiatives of the organization towards managing and emphasizing ethical behaviour at workplace. Elucidate the social responsibility initiatives of the organization.
7. Provide a conclusion at the end of the report.
