PROJECT : FINAL RESEARCH PROJECT

Question 1. Choose one of your research questions (either quantitative from Project C, or qualitative from Project D). This will form the methodology direction of your final research project.

Question 2. Provide a brief introduction/background to your chosen topic. This section should only be two or three paragraphs.

Question 3. Then, based on feedback previously given state the general problem and the specific problem that you are attempting to solve (i.e. the problem statements). Remember, the problem statement section should be approximately 250 words total. Don't forget to include your scholarly resources that substantiates a problem exists!

Question 4. Next, state the purpose of the study using the phrase, "the purpose of this [state the type - qualitative or quantitative] study is...". The purpose statement section should be approximately 100 words for this project - just enough to get an idea of the main purpose for your study, but definitely no more than 250 words (Please make sure to use this format in stating the purpose as aforementioned).

Question 5. Include a section for your research question that will further explain what it is that you are researching. Describe why the method (quantitative or qualitative) is the appropriate choice for your study.

Question 6. Finally, include a brief biblical correlation to your study. How does your topic relate to the Bible, and what are some of the biblical truths that may be seen as a result of this study?

Note. The total submission mustbe at least 800 words to accurately reflect the problem and purpose of the study. Remember, the problem, the purpose, and the research questions must have context, and mustnot be merely listed in bullet form. This assignment requires a title page and a reference page (abstract not required). There should be a minimum of four sources, but will likely contain more.

These tow projects; D and C discussed the employee satisfaction to reduce turnover rates. This is what the tutor will be focusing on. He is only producing 800 words, using just one method (either qualitative or quantitative). The tutor must also reference recent sources Tutor can also look for some manuals that discuss the format for qualitative and quantitative research method, stating the purpose statement and problem statement. This is important because they have s[ecoa; ways of wording their statements. All the wordings that were done by the tutor in Project D and Project C did not take the proper formats for the methods.

This work must be given to someone who holds a doctoral degree. The tutor will select either a qualitative or a quantitative method for this work. Both methods were previously done by your tutors in the attachments (Project D and Project C-these two will serve as a guide in doing this new job). It has recent examples of dissertations. Please, please tutor must carefully look view these dissertations and pick the method of research he wants to use for this assignment. These dissertations will give the tutor the idea of how the format should look like in structuring this assignment.
