This activity was spot on, as a manager I am open to all staff not just my team and easily accessible, my decisions are always consciously made, so information learned from the assessment on my perspective on ethics it showed that I am moderate for both idealism and relativism. With these results, I do not fit the categories of situationists, subjectivists, absolutists and exceptionalists. Everyone has their own ways of viewing things based on individual moral standards. however, the other assessment, what is my big five personality profile? showed that I am high in extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and emotional stability. I am emotionally stable, and I have an openness to experience.
Based on these results, I can get along with co-workers that may have different assessment results than I do. In my opinion, everyone will do and express themselves however they choose to if it is a decent respectable exchange of ideas and beliefs, we should all be open to listening. I would handle stressful situations, manage change and stay motivated by making sure that we work together as a team, combining ideas rather than work individually, this will help to reduce the stress of completing tasks, when changes are being brought in. To stay motivated, I would offer positive feedback to my team and try to implement changes based on brainstorming activities shared for a positive outcome.
