Template 1 Interpret the scenario
Using the headings below, discuss the details of the scenario amongst group members. In particular the group must get a basic understanding of what the scenario is about and identify what task(s) your group must undertake. Please ensure you know which pharmacy you are purchasing on behalf of so you know the overall investment to be made.

C. What are your group goals? (reflect on what your group wants to achieve.)
Template 2. Brainstorm the scenario and concept mapping.
At this point your group should discuss and list any ideas that come to mind after reading the scenario and the tasks.
Template 3: Identify the learning gaps
Referring to the concept map, the group should identify what your group already knows and what your group does not know and needs to take into account when they find out.
Template 4. Group Action Plan
The group will work together to divide tasks amongst group members. Individuals must also fill in their own action summery and commit to timelines.
Template 5: Individual action summary (Completed by the individual)
Based on the task(s) assigned to you - record and synopsise your findings under the headings below. You may to need to complete more than one of these as the scenario develops and as you are assigned various tasks.

2. What information did you find outfrom your research?
3. Explain how this information is useful in understanding and solving the scenario?
4. What are you going to feedback to the group?
5. Reference the information you have found.
Template 6: Storming the solution
Consider the information the group now has and relate it to the specific scenario and tasks below.
1. Formulate your group plan to complete the task(s) and answer the question as to which supplier you are choosing.
2. Give your answer in the context of the variables that may affect the decision eg pharmacy owners priorities and business strategy.
3. Think about any bargaining positions you may wish to assume with suppliers armed withthe information you now have about their competitors.
