Question
Making up 60 % of the body's water is essential for the nervous system to move fluids and nutrients to every cell. The body regulates water balance through a system called osmoregulation on a normal day that is passed along in the organs through this mechanism. When the body can balance water output with water input, the cells can achieve a healthy state of homeostasis involving the hypothalamus, the neurohypophysis, and the kidneys( Iron flask n.d.).As you eat a bite of food, the salivary glands secrete saliva. As the food enters your stomach, gastric juice is secreted. As it enters the small intestine, the pancreatic juice is taken out. Each of these fluids contains an amount of water. The osmoregulation of this exchange needs communication between the brain, kidneys, and endocrine system. A homeostatic goal for a cell, a tissue, an organ, and an entire organism is to balance the water output with water input. Our tissues produce water every day through metabolic processes. The remainder of water output must be balanced by drinking fluids and eating solid foods.
It is a very curcial concept to understand how the immune response is mounted against viruses, bacteria, protozoans and helminthes. For an effective immune response, both innate and adaptive immunity should work together.
