You are required to choose ONE business case from the options provided below. Write a report that analyses how the application of innovative information technology has impacted on the organisation's performance and the legal, moral and ethical implications which need to be considered when using the technologies.

Please note: Introductory information surrounding these case studies is available within the 'Assessment Guidance' folder on Blackboard. This is not an exhaustive list of resources and you are expected to find additional information for your assessment.

The report should answer the below requirements:

You will need to provide an executive summary to your report. This is not counted in your word limit. You will then need to introduce your report and complete the two following tasks. Please complete BOTH tasks below:

Task 1: Look at the technological changes in your chosen business case and assess how this impacts the chosen organisation, focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of human vs. technology. This must be supported with appropriate research.

Task 2: Assess the ethical, moral and legal implications that will need to be considered when using these information technologies in your chosen business case. This must be supported with appropriate research.

Finish your report with a short conclusion. Remember to cite and reference ALL sources used when finding information to support your points.

The word count for this assignment is 2000 words. This includes everything in the main body of the text. Everything before (ie abstract, acknowledgements, contents, executive summaries etc) and after the main text (ie references, bibliographies, appendices etc) are NOT included in the word count limit.
