Introduction - With the development of operation concept, Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR) have become a key business issue which should be considered before a company which only focuses on making higher pro?t. CSR is mainly related to human rights, environmental responsibility, diversity management, sustainability, and philanthropy. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) de?nes organizational consideration of multiple stakeholders and global impact, beyond simple focus on maximization of share-holder wealth (Alan D Smith, 2007). It is a good point to identify the differences and commonalities in CSR and the methods that how they can take the social responsibility.

- the range of stakeholders differ between the two types of organization (The main stakeholders for pro?t companies is customers but for university is students and academic staff)

 Ethical responsible: Companies would choose to reduce staff to maximize profit with reducing operating cost. University try hard to treat all the staff fairly.

The mainly factor that results to the differences between profit companies and university is economics responsibility, the basic component in Carroll's model of CSR. High profitability frequently connects to high awareness on social responsibility, which is the necessary condition for companies development. University emphasize ethical responsibility (high quality of education). The market become pluralistic which result in companies and universities connecting to each other closer. There are morn chances for these two types of organizations work together within social responsibility framework.
