You're an entrepreneur who has a great idea for a product or service, but you're lacking the funds to implement your brainchild. You know you're going to make a fortune, but you just need funding. It'll be tough, but your job is to create a great presentation that will secure funding from willing investors.

This project will be broken down into three separate parts. The culmination of your work will be a Power Point Presentation (10 slides minimum) outlining the benefits of your product or service.

What's Your Idea?

Choose a product or service for your project. It can be an existing product or service or you can create your own. Is there a product or service that you're familiar with that is not available in the United States? Feel free to use it. Be creative. Remember, some of the strangest ideas have made millions.

Write 3 paragraphs (5-6 sentences each) describing your idea and answer each of the following questions:

1) What is the name of your product or service? (Tip: Try to think of a name that really sparks interest). Remember, first impressions are very important in marketing. (Having trouble coming up with ideas?

2) Why did you choose this name for your product or service? What emotions or impressions did you want to evoke?

3) What does your product/service do? Briefly describe some unique qualities your product/service has.

4) Identify your target market. Why have you chosen this segment?
