Subjective data that could've been gathered other than what the patient told us would be: Ask the patient how she feels (whether she experiences shortness of breath, sweats/chills, constipation/diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, problems sleeping, mood changes, etc. Objective data that could've been gathered other than what the patient told us would be: Asking whether she'd done any x-rays or CAT scans before coming in. For the most part, her vitals were normal, she seemed a bit confused during the physical exam and the patient asked for a prescription for her headaches, therefore there aren't any objective data that would need to be collected.
