For this project, you are required to select a company in the UAE and apply what you've learned thought this course to explain how the company is connecting to the Internet, as well as how it is employing the Internet, cloud services, and IoT technology to conduct and sustain its business. Security devices, tools, and techniques used to protect its systems and information should also be included.

Each student should follow and achieve the following tasks:

Task 1: Report

Section 1: IT Infrastructure

Explore and describe the firm and the nature of its business and a general description of the IT ecosystem and its modern networking components.

Section 2: Network Connectivity

Describe how the company's devices are connected to the Internet. This should include the following:

• Infrastructure devices
• End users' devices
• Networking Protocols
• IP addresses (IPv4, IPv6, and samples of private and public IP addresses used)

Section 3: Cloud Computing

Identify and explain the role of cloud computing in the business of the firm. The following elements should be address:
• The service model and explanation on how it is used (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
• The type of cloud (Public, Private, Hybrid, Community)
• Justification for using the cloud computing. Map the essential characteristics (broad network access, rapid elasticity, measured services, on-demand self- service) of cloud computing to the operation of the information technology of the company)

Section 4: The Internet of Things (IoT)

Explain the different aspects in which the IoT technology is being utilized by the firm. What IoT devices are used, what are the justifications for using those devices. Include examples of 3 devices.

Section 5: Security tools and techniques

Identify the security devices, tools, and techniques used to protect its systems and information. Include the following sub-sections:

• Devices, tools, and techniques
• Authentication methods used to control access to systems and information
• Cloud security (Identify and explain one SecaaS category from the cloud security services). Select one of the following:
• Data loss prevention
• Web security
• E-mail security
• Business continuity and disaster recovery
