Richie Rich Legendary Cricketer from Antigua offer his bat for sales that he used to score the triple century against England to any West Indian to purchase. He described the bat as being “in normal conditions and requested $1,000 TT.

Brian Clara the legendary Cricketer from Trinidad saw the advertisement and accepted Rich’s offer. However, Richie Rich was so attached to this bat that he did not deliver it to Clara and Clara sued for breach of contract.

Richie Rich argued that from the beginning there was no valid offer because the term normal condition is not clear but ambiguous.

Clara wants the bat and is off the view that there is a binding agreement based on the offer made by Rich and his subsequent acceptance. He is seeking your legal advice on the matter. Please advised Clara.
