The client reports two days prior he was seen at the Student Health Center and was given a diagnosis of cellulitis. James reports he was given antibiotics and has been taking them as prescribed since he was seen. Upon assessment James is noted to have a fever of 101.7, facial edema, and erythema and swelling of the testicles. James complains of feeling fatigued and weak. All other assessments are within normal limits.
