For decades saturated fat has been labeled as the one of the biggest culprits behind heart disease. Is this really the case or have scientists gotten it all wrong?

Read the article from Time, "Don't Blame Fat". Then read the article from Nutrition Action"Fat Under Fire". Finally read the web article "Fat: Ending the War That Nobody Started".

Based on the information from these articles, determine where you stand on this debate.  Is saturated fat to blame, or are there other factors that are more strongly linked to heart disease?  You need to find at least one additional credible source of information to support your view.  Be sure to cite this source in your response (posted by Thursday).  Post professional and courteous responses to your classmates stating why you agree or disagree with their points of view during the remainder of the week.
