America is one of very few countries which have sports as part of the college experience.

And, college sports is big business and big money for the colleges with successful sports programs.

Some argue that college sports is just a big training camp for professional sports; others see sports as some student's tickets to a better life; and others point out how only 6.5% of college football players ever make it to the pros because there are in fact few job opening each year.

The NCAA makes the rules colleges need to follow in order to compete; and, some feel these rules are unfair to the student athletes.
