You were asked to consult a firm on how to utilize the benefits of digitization to increase performance. Your role is to study the firm, its strategy, operations and ecosystem activity (interaction with its suppliers, customers, competitors, etc.) and to identify one problem or opportunity that IS/IT solution could solve. You will characterize the problem (or opportunity) and design an IS/IT solution that could improve the firm's performance and competitive advantage over its rivals. The solution design should include details on the technology (or system), its current use in the industry or other industries and a detailed description of how it should be implemented in the firm. To assist the management its decision (i.e. which solution to acquire), the report should include a discussion of the benefits and risks of the solution.

A possible structure of the document:
• Firm Description: 500 words
Describe the firm that you will be consulting including the firm name, industry and a brief description of the firm's business, products and services, main suppliers and customers. Elaborate on the specific business area that you will focus on in your analysis (e.g. sales, supply management, etc.)
• The business problem or challenge: 500 words Detail a problem in the firm operations or strategy that you will focus on in your analysis. Explain why solving this problem offers new opportunities for the firm.
• IT/IS solution design:1000 words
Describe the suggested IS/IT solution to the specified problem:
o Overview of the suggested technology.
o The current usage of the technology.
o A detailed description of how the technology should be implemented to address the business problem.
