Describe a change challenge in a goal directed social system (company, organization, team) that you have faced or expect to face in your job, career or life. What makes it particularly challenging for you, from your perspective?

Specifications

- It is an assumption of the course that students have been engaged in change efforts in the past and plan to be in the future. The Change Challenge should be relevant to these experiences

- The desired change must be to a goal directed social system, such as a business organization (ideally), social or religious organization, or team. The change challenge should NOT be about a personal change, such as moving to a new country or searching for a new job or career.

- Address what needs to change, why it needs to change, and what makes the change challenging

- The paper must be a minimum of 800 words and a maximum of 1200 words, plus any title page. The file should include your name.
