Client called in for an unscheduled session due to recent MH Symptoms increase due to speaking with BHS supervisor and being informed that BHS can only assist the client into the community once per month. BHS actively listened while the client openly expressed feelings of frustration due to not having the support from familys or friends or assistance from a home health aide agency . BHS validated the client's feelings and concerns while engaging the client in discussion , educating hte client on the need for a necessity for BHS to transport and assist the client into the community , BHS educated the client on the assistance that BHS can provided and cannot provided . BHS emphasized that BHS cannot take the client out in the community to go out to eat , BHS empathized that BHS can assist the client into the community to obtain food from a local food pantry or grocery store , client agreed , stating " that is fine". Complete progress note , be detailed , detailed the interventions And feedback from the client.
