You explain to them that the young business experts in their department are very technology-literate and have the skills to build their own small information system. The manager of the sales department agrees and the young business experts are eager to get started. They ask you what the most important things they need to know to successfully build their own information system. They also want to know what they need to be aware of to avoid failure.
