Her discharge medications included a beta-blocker, statin, and dual antiplatelet therapy. She came in on metformin for type 2 diabetes, which was continued. Her BP is controlled at 128/70 and she has normal renal function. Her low-density lipoprotein cholesterol is 105 mg/dL. What order medication should be started?
