Scenario:Travellers

A successful business is being promoted at an overseas exhibition. You are the operations assistant and have been asked to organize travel arrangements and accommodation for four colleagues. The exhibition will be this coming 23 November for four days, plus one day to set up and one day to tear down.

Executive 1: John Smith, vegetarian, interested in sport cars, has a heart condition.

Executive 2: Bader Al Sharif, halal food, enjoys historical, action/adventure and documentary films.

Salesperson 1: Amina Khan, halal food, enjoys horror, sci-fi and fantasy films.

Salesperson 2: Ahmet Ali, halal food, interested in attending plays at the theatre.

Task 3

Provide each traveller with information on leisure activities for 6 Days that match their interests that may be available to them while they are in London and during their free time.

Provide advice on documentation, visas, currency and time differences.

Evidence required:

Revised individual itineraries with details of proposed leisure activities
