Identify Vendors and Select the Best HCM technology Proposal Evaluation

Develop a Proposal to share with the Vendors. Assess suppliers in Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, Cost, Environment, and Business. Evaluate responses, negotiate and remain on top of the industry tends in terms of HCM Technologies. May include the following steps

• Develop a document of what the organisation wants the vendors to provide.
• Determine major components of the Vendor's Proposal Request along with their point values.
• Develop the Evaluator's guide (include questions asked in the proposal from the vendors) (Indicate if questions answered and the quality of answer)(Functional and Technical).
• Develop a Written Evaluation Summary document (Give point values to each vendor) (Functional and Technical)
• Develop the Functional Requirements Response Matrix (Use weights and score each Vendor).
• Develop the Vendors reference check matrix
• Develop the Vendors Proposal Evaluation Scoring Matrix (Matrix 1: Vendors written proposal evaluation; Matrix 2: Vendors demonstration evaluation)
• Develop the Evaluation Timeline/Milestones
