Question: Bert owns a trucking company. One of his employees, while intoxicated by the effects of marijuana, crashed into an automobile killing three people. During the trial of the case in the Cumberland County Superior court, Bert alleged that he should not be responsible for the actions of his employee. The trial ended with a jury a verdict of 15 million dollars against Bert's company.
