Social media has changed our lives. There are many benefits and issues with the use of social media. What is your perspective (as a nursing student) of the use of social media as a learning tool? Can social media be used to support and reinforce your nursing knowledge acquisition? What are the benefits of using social media for nursing study and/or practice? What are some potential problems of using social medial for nursing study/practice? (based on the nursing principles of privacy, confidentiality, consent)Select a social media platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pintrest). Find a content provider that provides accurate, reliable, relevant information that would benefit a nursing student or newly practicing nurse. This may include NCLEX style questions, skills, lab values, anatomy, pathophysiology, pharmacology or any thing else that is nursing focuses. After reviewing some of their recent content, identify the social media platform, the content provider and share something that you have learned. How do you know this information is reliable?
