You only hire straight men under age 30 as erotic dancers to 1) avoid patronizing between the workers and customers and 2) because you believe older erotic dancers are not appealing to customers. Jim, a gay man, age 34, with substantial experience as an erotic dancer, applies for one of the two jobs for erotic dancer you have open. Cheryl, a straight woman, 42 years old but who looks 25, with substantial experience as an erotic dancer, also applies for the job. All other applicants are straight men between 21 and 30, but none have any type of erotic dance experience. Jim and Cheryl are the two best qualified applicants for the jobs.
