It is the day before the panel inteviews and you have just received the behaviour interview questions from your colleague, however no probing questions were provided for each behaviour interview question.
What should you do?
-Probing questions are not needed for behaviour interview questions, so no action is required.
-Decide to wing it and just come up with probing questions during the interviews if needed.
