Groups of persons (maybe all over the world) who initiate attacks on banks and other financial institutions (or ATMs) to steal money from these organizations using their computer and information technology skills. Also, these cyber gangs may attack sensitive military targets to obtain information and sell their data to nations not necessarily friendly to the United States. I realize that this topic is relatively new and I suspect there will not be many journal articles on this topic and so I will relax the requirement to have 6 (?) journal articles, or references with references. You may begin your search by entering the term “cyber gangs” in Google. Please also look in the electronic databases from our library to see what might exist in some of their databases. I would think some general information would be appropriate including how such gangs may be organized and various responsibilities required of members in such problematic groups.
