Beginning with your personal definition of biblical discipleship applied in your current context, take those principles learned and begin to develop a personal strategy for selecting and training disciples in your specific ministry context. Design a strategy chart modeled on the beginning steps found in Hull's chart in the section of the leader's guide titled "Defining the Process of Discipleship," implementing the principles discussed so far. This chart will be expanded in the next workshop. The strategies in the chart should be as specific to your particular situation as possible. The strategies may be summarized in paragraph form or integrated into the chart. The chart should clearly indicate a general outline and ordering of the process of selection of disciples and the integration of those disciples into fellowship with Christ and with other believers.
