Question

Mr. Grassa has been intermittently visible on the common areas of the unit this evening. He was mostly observed in his dorm room laying on his bed or intermittently pacing the unit hallways. He had minimal interaction with his peers and moderate interaction with staff. He did not attend any groups. He was at times needy, irritable and demanding especially when his needs were not immediately met or could not be met. No unsafe behavior noted or reported. Nursing staff will continue to monitor him throughout this shift for safety and needs.
