ASSIGNMENT - REPORT - INNOVATIVE BUSINESS IDEA
This assignment is a report about an innovative product.
Our innovative business idea is invent a SMART GLASSES which contains GPS and real-time information in it, information can be seen via the glasses. Our main goal is to facilitate pedestrian's navigation. Therefore, pedestrian who use GPS would be our main customer, also, cyclists and motorcyclists are our secondary customer, they can wear our glasses and navigate when cycling without looking up and down. Most vehicle are fitted GPS function, but the driver are welcome to use our product, because our map can not only seen on glasses panel, but can project to the vehicle's windscreen.
A Lean Start-up Application is the MOST important part of the assignment, please take it seriously.
Business Model Canvas has been set, please refer to the information in it when writing the report, this assignment is connect to the previous one, please do not alter the BMC.
Word Court is 1800 excluding Executive Summary and Reference List.

- Your introduction should explain your business idea- your MVP and the market gap, please make sure that first time readers can understand your business idea.
- More marks will be awarded is the market gap is effectively supported with credible sources
Idea Development
- Explain what creativity technique(s) you used to generate ideas;
- What led to the selection of the final idea for this project (justification of selection)?
Lean Start-up Application
- Explain how you are going to apply the Lean Start-up approach, inclusive of a detailed description of the Feedback Loop which demonstrates an understanding of the concept;
- What initial feedback did you receive during the presentation (exhibition)?
- How are you going to use this feedback to adjust your offering?
- The section requires reflection on Lean Start-up concepts supported with academic literature
Business Model Canvas
- Design a BMC for your new venture and provide an explanation of the 9 building blocks, including the reasoning behind your decisions.
Conclusion
- The conclusion should contain a brief statement of all topics discussed in this report draft. Please do not include any new information.
Reference List
- The reference list should include at least 8 references (5 academic and 3 non-academic). It should be presented in alphabetical order and please remember to follow the Harvard Reference Style.
