Your customers are a family of four who lives in Toronto. They want to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta on vacation from November 01 to November 08, 2021. hold both parts. You will take on both roles - 1) the Reservations Sales Agent working at an ITC Tour Operator AND 2) the customer.
1. Qualify your customer - list 4 questions asked by the Reservations Sales Agent of your customer to determine their MNEs for the holiday. List the 4 questions asked and the customer's answers below each question.
2. Using sunwing.ca booking site, as the Reservations Sales Agent, select Packages and find 2 suitable packages for the customers. List the package (hotel) name along with 3 main features that match the customer's MNE for each of the 2 packages. Note: Features are items the customer wants or needs and can be found by Clicking on the hotel name. Also, at the bottom, list the package chosen by the customer.
3. After you have selected the room type of your package on the site, press the green "Continue to payment" button to review the Added Value items that can be added to the package booking. List 4 items of added value that you, as the Reservations Sales Agent, offered and that you, as the customer, chose to purchase with the package.
4. Identify 4 basic pieces of passenger information required to make a booking and list them. Include the names of each passenger.
5. List 4 important policies or procedures that you, as the Reservations Sales Agent, advised the customer about their booking and/or next steps.
