A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis is one of the basic managerial planning tools. Demonstrate your ability to perform a SWOT analysis.
Select a business at which you work or may be a frequent customer, and briefly describe it. Provide the business' name, location, age, size, industry, and primary products/services; also, describe the business' typical customers - i.e., primary target market(s).
