Give the basic description (shipping description) of oxygen that DOT requires shippers and carriers to enter on a shipping paper, when a chemical company offers it in each of the following states of matter for shipment by motor van:

1. 16 cylinders, each containing 10 L, of compressed oxygen

2. 5000 gallons of cryogenic oxygen

1. identification number

2. shipping name

3. hazard class (or division number)

5. total quantity
