Scenario-
ModernArch (Pvt) Ltd is a prestigious consultancy with novel technologies and they awarded to design a 60 storied mixed development building at the heart of the city center. The top management decided to introduce a modern information management system (Building Information Modelling) to integrate the entire project successfully.
You are assisting as a Junior Project Manager in the evaluation committee and you supposed to work with other committee members to produce a report to assess how a BIM enabled process can result in positive outcome over and above traditional methods.
A. Evaluate the usage of Building Information Modelling in the large-scale building context of local and international developments in the Construction Industry? Your evaluation should consist the following factors.
