Isabella accepts, and they write the terms down on a napkin and each initial it. After 2 weeks, Isabella comes looking for her car and has the $20,000 ready. Cato decides not to sell and says that 1) he was to drunk to understand what he was doing, 2) the amount offered was not a fair bargain, 3) the napking was not a “car title” and therefore was not an enforceable sale. Discuss whether Cato or Isabella will win based on the three arguments raised by Cato. Explain each one in detail.
