Original investment: -30,000;

Cash Flow at time 1= 2,000;

Cash Flow at time 2= 10,500;

Cash Flow at time 3= 9,800;

Cash Flow at time 4= 1,700;

Cash Flow at time 5= 8,400;

Cash Flow at time 6= 2,300.

The WACC is 8%.
