Project Objective -

In this project, students are required to design a report in mergers and acquisitions and propose a due diligence approach.

What are the main Concept of due diligence, Due diligence principles and strategies, Financial statement due diligence, Executive team due diligence and Assessing potential risks.

And the student should take example from the one of the firms that did mergers or acquisitions in the international level and then analyze the Effect of borders on mergers & acquisitions.
