DotCom's have come and gone in unspeakable numbers; many from ridiculous products/services, many because of poor management, and most due to bad business models. There is an ongoing debate today arguing why Facebook would pay $19 for WhatsApp. Frankly, there's been a lack of clarity on how Facebook itself is going to make money. But, my question to you is 'how will Facebook make money from WhatsApp?' Suggest ways to monitize the app or any other reason why you think Facebook should have bought up the company.
