Create BACKBONE network for these four hospitals and four clinics.

Requirements:

• The average distance between clinics to the hospitals is 3 kilometers.
• Must use the best technology available.
• Make sure that organization's data and applications will be protected and will continue to operate even in the face of intrusion, disruption, or disaster. You should consider applying intrusion prevention methods.
• No concerns on budget.

H1 Hospital - Location A (Main hospital): provide a block diagram that covers 3 layers and clearly indicate the topology. Then list the backbone network components shopping list (hardware including cable-types and software).

• Employing 150 people (full-time personnel)
• 5 story building
• In each floor there are 3 sections (wards). Each ward has 10 PCs, 5 portable/ laptops and need wireless connection. There is only 1 printer for each floor and all computers should be connected to that printer.

Hospital has 3 off-site clinics

• There are 20 people (personnel) in each site
• Allocating 10 office PCs for each site, and providing wireless network for 5 portable laptops and guests
• Only 1 printer for all 3 clinics and all computers should be connected to that printer.

H2 Hospital - Location B: provide a block diagram that covers 3 layers and clearly indicate the topology. Then list the backbone network components shopping list (hardware including cable-types and software).

• Allocating 8 office PCs for each site, and providing wireless network for 5 portable laptops and guests
• Only 1 printer for all 2 clinics and all computers should be connected to that printer.

• Employing 175 people (full-time personnel)
• 2 story building
• In each floor there are 3 sections (wards). Each ward has 7 PCs, 2 portable/ laptops and need wireless connection. There is only 1 printer for each floor and all computers should be connected to that printer.

H4 Hospital - Location D

• Employing 175 people (full-time personnel)
• 2 story building
• In each floor there are 4 sections (wards). Each ward has 7 PCs, 2 portable/ laptops and need wireless connection. There is only 1 printer for each floor and all computers should be connected to that printer.
